We offer the use & instruction in safe non-toxic studio practices & presses to the community.

Printing sessions on both the Conrad Monotype & the Wright Motorized Etching presses can be scheduled as needed. Pricing available on request.

Workshops & private instruction are available in relief, intaglio & monotype printing.

Participation in the “Intro to Printmaking” class or workshop waives the orientation fee

Introduction to Printmaking with a Press: drypoint, relief & monoprint

Instructor: Susan Borsuk-Us, drawing & printmaking artist, illustrator, educator

This is offered to novices with or without prior art experience, those wishing to freshen old skills, and seeking new techniques. Make marks without acid. Discover materials, methods, tools, mark making, papers, and inks.

Students will work “freely” at their own pace & curiosity with guidance and care.

Private instruction & inspiration (2 hour minimum session, pricing available on request)
Pre-registration is required for both private & group workshops
Workshops are 3-4 hour sessions (a min. of 2 & max. of 6 participants). Pricing available on request.
Participants will receive a materials & tools supply list via email.
Some materials will available for purchase at class.

Susan offers creative classes & tutorials for both children and adults.

Intro to Printing Without A Press: woodblock, linocut, collograph relief prints. Go low-tech.
Explorations in spontaneous mark making.
